hmm....imma kid and i get that 2 most mornings...if u eat breakfast like something small & healthy, it usually helps....but not toster studels,,(@ least not 2) or orange/cinnamin rolls early in the morning....umm eggs might make it worst 2...if u hv MINT gum, AFTER u eat, it usuallt helps, but after a minute or 2, spit it out...anyway, that helps me ( :
