What is a good training regimen to prepare me for the spring track season?

Like the previous answer said you need to not work as hard on certain days depending on how hard you work at your track club. Also could you tell me what your nutritionist says about like eating healthy and stuff for you? BEcause I need some advice on how to be in shape for spring track and i compete in 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, the 100m dash, and usually the 800m rely just answer one of my questions i have by going under my name! thanks!
