Is it politically correct to call ginger haired people mutants?

Well, no... "politically incorrect" is defined as something that will offend a certain group of people. I'm guessing being called mutants might offend some redheads, even with the best of intentions, so it could be clified as politically incorrect. (I guess except in a scientific context, where red hair is considered a genetic mutation.)
