What language in the health reform bill mandates government rationed end of life care?

Lets ume for one minute that there is no such thing in this health care bill...but, using pure logic it only makes sense if you inject 40 million people into a medical system that already has huge shortages of doctors and nurses you will end up with rationing. I know the Democrats are saying illegal aliens will not be included in the health care bill but if you remember back a few weeks to the summit in Mexico that Obama attended he gave a speech and in his speech he said, "Before the end of this year there will be an immigration reform bill on the table"...you can take his words however you choose to take them but it is no secret Obama has always been "for" making illegal aliens legal and when he does they will then be allowed into his health care program. This is simple logic.
