Need help finding a word please?

I need help finding a word that connects all these things in my poem. Earlier in the poem I talk about fire trucks, colors of the rainbow, blood, stop lights, stripes on the american flag, red painted fingernails, red eyes, a redhead who's been at the beach all day, Darth Maul's face, stop signs and numerous other things around me. But I can't seem to find anything that connects all these things together. Need help please.
