Why do people say "If we allow gay marriage then people will start marrying animals!" yet this hasnt happened?

Unfortunately there is no law against stupidity. The whole world is crazy. The heterouals go about wanting to abolish marriage as obsolete. We tried to get it legal in CA You can marry in Connecticut and I think Maryland. Many of the states are still working on it . I had never heard those weird reasons. It has been on the ballots twice in California and I am sure it will return in two years. For a long time I thought it was a tax problem, then a health insurance problem. The only weird thing I hear is the churches claim it would be a problem for some of them. Some even say it would weaken the already married. It really is a state to state thing, even for all of us. The young go about having children in high school. And no one ever looks at marriage licenses anyway.
