Should I use Excadrill or Aggron?

I'm building a team and so far I've got Blaziken, Elekid, Grovyle, Durant, Drilbur and a Eevee I'm planning to evolve into Vaporeon. I've also got a Sneasel, Rufflet andLickitung I'm not sure are worth training up.
