Republicans. What is you excuse for not invading Africa and helping them out as well?

We invaded Iraq to help them, supposedly, but not invade Africa to free them from corrupt government, aids, famine, and tribal warfare which I heard happens in the middle east as well. If we want to help Africa I say we might as well start by a full scale invasion like Iraq. Yes or no? Why?
