Is my friend really obsessive or is this not a big deal.?

Well some people r just like that and some people r really messy and some people find a balance i think u hav a balance and ur friends a clean freak because his parents r clean freaks or maybe he is obsessive compulsive. thats a disease which makes u what to clean and hav every think prefect like on the tv show monk.
