In Fantasy Football, are all players who throw touchdowns credited with points as QBs would?

After Ronnie Brown's touchdown p in Week 3, will all players (WRs, RBs) etc. be awarded points for touchdown pes? (this is uming that either the Dolphins use the formation again, or other teams get in on the act). My league uses ESPN standard scoring.
